*What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply shorten the time of your treatment, thus limiting your pleasure.  Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.  The full value of the service will be applied.

*What is the cancellation policy?

We realize that sometimes your plans change but if you must reschedule please notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can let other guests have a chance to get in.  If you simply do not show up or call you will be charged a $35.00 fee to reschedule within 2 weeks of your appointment if there are available openings.  This also applies for clients who have a voucher for a recent deal.

Any client who routinely reschedules his/her appointment may be charged a booking fee/deposit equal to the service at the time the scheduling is  requested if our staff feels it is becoming a problem.

*What do I wear during my treatment?

Most of our body treatments are enjoyed with out clothing, however please dress comfortably.  We fully drape the body during treatments except the area on which being worked.

*What if I have a special health considerations?

If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical ailments or disabilities please notify our spa reservations at (402) 480-0049 or (402) 429-0546 before booking your treatments.  We reserve the right to determine weather or not we are able to provide service.

*What if I am pregnant?

There are some services that should be avoided during pregnancy.  There are also many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed.  If we question the service you should want to receive during your pregnancy you will need to show approval from you physician.

*Should men shave before a facial?

It isn't necessary, but should you choose so you should make sure to do it 2 hours before your appointment.

*What about my comfort?

Weather it is the room temp, massage pressure, or the volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences.

*Is there a age restriction?

If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and identification may be required.

*What length should hair be to be waxed?

1/4 of an inch is recommended.

We are only available by appointment only.

We appreciate our Groupon and Living Social customers, we would just like to remind you that purchasing a deal from either of these sites does not give you preferred booking. On average, it can take up 3-5 days minimum to find an open time available to come in for your visit. You should NOT purchase a deal expecting to be seen the same day. These vouchers do not expire for anywhere between 4 and 6 months. We apologize to anyone who is unhappy with this, but there is nothing that can be done about it. Being rude, demanding, and/or inconsiderate of our business and employees will not help you get your visit booked any sooner.

We currently do not have a waiting area so please be patient and arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  If we are running behind with our scheduled services for the day we will do our best to let you know so you can plan accordingly.

We are at many times very busy for which we will not be available on the phone. 

Please understand that we are a very busy Spa. We try and return all voicemails in a timely manner, however sometimes that is impossible. If possible, text messages or facebook messages to our facebook page are easier for us to respond to during our busy time at the spa and during our mobile spray tanning. We will answer all messages as soon as we can.

We continue to update our website so most of every question asked to us is answered. 

We add new services from time to time to provide some variety and we also may take some services off the menu that are not in a high demand for us.   

We would like our clients to always know that our body waxing services and memberships are and always have been our main service and will never be taken off the menu.

You may use your cellular device if it does not conflict with the treatment that you are receiving. This includes listening to the music of your choice (i.e. Pandora, slacker radio, ETC.) during your visit. Feel free to ask to play your music, we will gladly allow this to happen, at a volume suitable for our environment.

We love the chance to show off our hard work, if you do not mind we may ask to photograph a service we have performed on you such as Makeup, Semi-perminate Eyelashes, or a beautifully shaped eyebrow wax.  These photos would only be used on our website or Facebook page.

We appreciate our clientele, we have the right to protect our business and our clientele.  Therefore we have the right to refuse service, terminate memberships (without the possibility of a refund), and void deals to anyone that acts or shows in direction to our clients, staff, business, or any other working professional in the building inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. Such behavior will not be tolerated.  We will go above and beyond to take care of our customers and professional staff and members in the building.

*Safety:   

For the safety of our quests and staff we reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or any other inappropriate behavior.

We also do not provide childcare services so please out of respect for those who come to relax and also for safety reasons please do not bring your children with you.
